Ir Yap Wai Hoong​

Director

With over 32 years of comprehensive experience in design, construction, and project management, our Managing Director has a proven track record in project development across Malaysia and China.

He began his career as a design engineer at H.S. Liao & Rakan, a reputable consulting firm specializing in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. He then advanced to Ranhill Fluor Daniel, an international EPCC firm in the oil and gas sector. His journey continued at Caltex Oil Malaysia Sdn Bhd and later with Metrocon Sdn Bhd, a project management company. Before he joined a local consulting engineer firm, Jurunding ASAPP Sdn Bhd as partner.

Ir Hue J.F.

Director

Over 18 years combined experience in Civil and Structural Engineering in residential, high/low rise. Lead the company design team on optimisation and economical design for residential and commercial buildings, infra-structure, road and drain. Responsibilities include layout, design and analysis, review, coordination and field inspection of projects.

Kang H.P.

Director

A professional with a total of 15 years of experience in Civil and Structural design, including 8 years as an Associate in the field. I have successfully handled and led various projects, working closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative design concepts while adhering to client requirements. Expertise includes managing project deadlines with effective strategies and optimizing cost efficiency for residential high-rise and low-rise developments, commercial and industrial project.

Possess broad experience in projects across various tiers, including RumaWip, PR1MA, PPAM, and Rumah Selangorku, for clients such as AsetKayamas, Mah Sing, Sime Darby, and S.P. Setia. Have extensive knowledge in both infrastructure and structural design, specializing in reinforced concrete and steel structures.

Mr. Adi Hassan Abdul Rahman

Senior C&S Engineer

A dedicated civil engineer with over 11 years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors. He began his career as a civil and structural engineer, where he quickly developed expertise in managing a variety of projects.

Throughout his career, Adi has been involved in numerous significant developments, including low-rise housing projects in Gamuda Cove, mixed-use developments in Rawang, and high-rise buildings in the Klang Valley. His experience also encompasses vital infrastructure projects such as the port extension at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), utilities relocation in Gua Musang, and data center constructions in Cyberjaya.

Currently, Adi serves as a Senior Civil Engineer, leading a specialized team focused on civil/infra works. His commitment to quality and innovation in engineering design continues to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

With a solid foundation in both practical engineering and team leadership, Adi is passionate about contributing to sustainable development and enhancing the built environment
